So yesterday was a pretty crappy day all told. Got some bad news, and then last evening I decided to go out to the improv comedy group here in town, hop in the car, turn the key, and nada. No juice. Not even a whirr or one turnover, so today a wrecker is coming to take it in since I'm pretty sure there wasn't anything left on like the lights. So I need em to double check the electrical system. I needed a tune up anyway too, but it really ruined my going out night. I was thinking I'd go eat the buffet with crab legs at Hemmingway's, but they only do that on weeknights.

It's much more complicated to get shit like that done when you can't just call a friend, and have em take you to Walmart to get a new battery. I called around to see if any mechanics/roadside folks would come out and install the battery with purchase, but the best deal I got was PepBoys said they'd tow it for free if I got service done on it. Hopefully that will work out, although I'm not sure what the catch on that is. I probably should have asked what the minimum service amount was for that.

On the plus side, I have a book handy that I've been waiting to read, so it won't be a total loss of the day.

I'm on the market for a digital camera, one that can take high res pics (hopefully around 6 megapixels I think was what the guy said).
I need a camera for me, plus a good one will allow me to get pics the graphic artist/designer can use in the business plan.
