Working out is hard to do + TV thoughts

I've been working out around 30 minutes 4 times a week for the past two weeks. I'm starting up gradually like I'm suppossed to do. These last two times I went from the treadmill to the ellipital machine, which is fancier and takes your heart rate. The lower rate if fat burn and a higher rate is cardio. For my age, just to petal fast enough to get the machine to even acknowledge I'm on it I'm on the Cardio part of the scale. I find that humorous.

I just saw a Dr. Who episode that featured Moaning Mertle as the girlfriend of the protagonist. (It's from a outsider point of view.) She's mega cute in that mousey way and looks about my age. Oh. She 40yrs old. (or so says IMDB). This was not an episode that had a happy ending by the way. I've come to the conclusion that many Dr. Who episodes are damn depressing. Girl in the Fireplace is also a real downer.
Followed that up by 'I Shouldn't Be Alive.' about some boy scout hikers in the grand canyon running into a heat wave and out of water. Let's just say not all of them make it out either, more damn depressing stuff.
These guys were uber stupid too. I mean, even I know you rest during the hottest part of the day and then hike more in twilight (dusk and dawn).
