So apparently despite the UT admissions office and their website telling me my recommendation letters from my previous application were still valid they aren't. So I had to talk to Mr. Admission when he informed me of this and get him to call my references to validate them. After all this they damn well better accept me. Damn t-sips. Of course it would be just like them to make me jump through hoops just for the hell of it.

Oh, and it took me almost 2 hours to get to work yesterday instead of my usual 20-40 minutes due to traffic lights being out. Um, whatever happened to police directing traffic when lights go out?

My Magic Online client keeps crashing in multiplayer, and their tech department is cutting and pasting me random fixes after throwing darts at the dartboard.

Um, from original message...

This seems like a Magic Online client problem to me.

Most antivirus programs are rather militant about how they protect your hard drive and sometimes block access to folders or a particular transfer type that our program needs access to for gameplay. Please disable your antivirus software before you install the program and this problem should be resolved.

I've often considered going into Tech Support so I can fulfill my long-running dream of being UNhelpful for a change.
