Don't try to rinse out the gatoraid bottle with boiling hot water. It just melts, making it useless for brining home clean spring water. I've lost several bottles this way and the message hasn't stuck yet.

Talked to my friend Eric today for the first time in months. He's doing well. We'll see if I can't make plans to see Matrix Revolutions in IMAX with him. Him and Jessica would get along great. I should introduce them.

You know, they actually *sell* bottled water. You could buy a case of the stuff and then you wouldn't have to rinse out bottles. :-)

You could also try juice bottles. As in the pint bottles they've got. I imagine they'd take pretty much any hot water you're going to throw as them, since they have to pasteurize(sp?) the apple juice. They're also the only bottles that can make it through several trips in the dishwasher here.

Or you could try glass bottles, but that's a hassle.

I've found that Powerade bottles work much, much better. They're somewhat thicker than Gatorade. Then again, for some reason, ya'll don't seem to have Powerade here in Texas. And it's a Coke product!

I sense a hookup, or am I sensing incorrectly?
