I'm just an old man. It seems the older I get the easier it is to disrupt my sleep schedule and the longer the disruption lasts. I'm a night owl by nature, for some reason if I had my way I would sleep till 10am and stay up till 1am everyday. I have trouble getting to sleep initially but no trouble sleeping late. I wish it was the other way around.
Yeah, those hours work well for me too, I understand. I also have great difficulty with sleep myself. Having to get up at 7:30 for work does not help me at all, I still have difficulty falling asleep at night and I wake up often during the night :( I feel your pain.
